- Will you take responsibility for a system you did not build?
- Yes, following a technical and operational assessment. We review the architecture, dependencies, security position, observability and operational risk, agree what has to be corrected first, then take on the service against defined responsibilities.
- What does the managed service include?
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting, application management and maintenance, monitoring, observability and incident response, security and reliability controls, AI and model operations, continuous improvement, and keeping runbooks and architecture records current.
- How are service levels and response times agreed?
- The monthly agreement defines scope, service levels, response times, ownership and escalation routes before it starts, so both sides know what is covered, who acts and how quickly.
- Do you also improve the system, or only keep it running?
- Both. The agreement can include a defined enhancement capacity and an evidence-based improvement roadmap covering planned releases, integrations, automation and performance or cloud-cost optimization.
- How do you operate AI systems in production?
- Model operations are part of the service: we monitor model behavior, prompts, data quality, cost, exceptions and human escalation, so an AI-enabled workflow stays observable and controllable after launch.
