1. Service Provider
The service provider is:
- RITE NRG sp. z o.o.
- ul. gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 3/2, 53-659 Wrocław, Poland
- Entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
- KRS 0000710267 · NIP 7642687723 · REGON 369015211
- EU VAT ID PL7642687723 · share capital PLN 100,000.00
- Email: hello@ritenrg.com
2. Scope
These terms govern the free electronic services available through the website:
- Displaying and navigating website content.
- Submitting and delivering an inquiry through the contact form, where available.
If RITE NRG later adds a newsletter, booking tool, account, file upload, interactive chat, candidate application form or another electronic service, these terms and the relevant collection notice must be updated before the feature is launched.
The website is intended primarily for business and professional users. It does not provide online checkout or payment and does not itself conclude a consulting, recruitment, staffing, software-development or other commercial contract.
3. Technical Requirements and Risks
To use the website, you need:
- An Internet-connected device.
- A current web browser supporting standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TLS encryption.
- Access to an active email account if you want a reply.
- Cookies or local storage necessary to deliver the requested website or remember privacy choices.
Optional cookies or external media are not required for the core website and can be refused. Restrictive browser, security or network settings may prevent some requested features from working.
Internet use may involve risks such as malicious software, phishing, interception or unauthorized access. Use current software and reasonable security measures. Do not send secrets, special-category personal data, national identification numbers, criminal-record information or other unnecessary confidential material through the general contact form.
4. Rules of Use
You must use the website lawfully, respectfully and consistently with these terms. It is prohibited to:
- Provide or transmit unlawful content.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
- Impersonate another person or provide misleading identity or authority information.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or content intended to disrupt the website.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping that materially burdens the service, circumvention or interference with security.
- Use the contact form for spam, abusive messages or unlawful marketing.
RITE NRG may block a submission or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, third parties or legal compliance.
5. Formation and Termination of the Electronic-Service Agreement
Website content: the electronic-service agreement for displaying content begins when you request a website page and ends when the page or browser session closes.
Contact form: the agreement for the contact-form service begins when you send the completed form and ends when the submission is delivered to RITE NRG’s system. You may stop before sending by leaving the page or not selecting the send button.
A contact-form submission does not oblige RITE NRG to make an offer, accept work, reserve a team, meet a delivery time or conclude a contract. A commercial engagement arises only under a separate document accepted by authorized parties.
Electronic services are provided without charge. You remain responsible for your own Internet, device and communication costs.
6. Inquiries and Complaints
For a technical problem, complaint about an electronic service, or question about these terms, email hello@ritenrg.com or write to the registered address in section 1.
Please include enough information to identify the issue, the affected feature, date and time, device/browser if relevant, and the outcome requested. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential data.
We aim to acknowledge and respond to a complete complaint within 14 days. If more information is required or the matter is unusually complex, we will explain the delay and expected next step. This target does not limit any mandatory statutory deadline or right.
7. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, secure, update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where practical, material planned interruptions will be limited or communicated.
We may change website content and these terms prospectively to reflect legal, security, technical or service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. A change does not alter a separately signed contract unless that contract permits it.
8. Website Content, Offers and Outcomes
General website descriptions, examples, timelines, prices, team profiles, case studies and statements about speed, efficiency, savings or results are informational. They depend on scope, data, architecture, dependencies, customer decisions and agreed acceptance criteria. They are not an unconditional promise unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its content are protected by intellectual-property and related laws. Rights belong to RITE NRG or the relevant licensors. You may view the website and retain a copy for lawful, internal reference. Other reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial exploitation or removal of rights notices requires the prior permission of the relevant rights holder unless applicable law expressly permits the use.
Sending an inquiry does not transfer any intellectual-property right. Do not submit material you are not authorized to disclose.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. The Cookie Policy and Cookie settings explain cookies and comparable technologies. These documents do not form consent; where consent is required, the website asks for a separate affirmative choice.
11. External Services and Links
The website may link to or, with the required permission, display a third-party service. Its provider may apply separate terms and privacy information. RITE NRG does not control a third-party website. Nothing here limits RITE NRG’s responsibilities for a third-party technology that RITE NRG itself deploys on the website.
12. Liability
RITE NRG is responsible under mandatory applicable law. To the extent the law permits, RITE NRG is not responsible for:
- A failure caused by your device, connection, software or incompatible settings.
- Unlawful or harmful material you submit.
- A third-party website reached through an ordinary external link.
- Indirect business loss caused solely by reliance on general, non-binding website content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights that may apply to a consumer.
13. Governing Law
Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection that would apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.
Any dispute should first be raised using the contact in the Inquiries and Complaints section so the parties can try to resolve it. Court jurisdiction is determined by applicable law and any valid separately agreed contract.
