Accessibility and Feedback

RITE NRG wants its website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Our Approach

We aim to design and maintain the website in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including:

  • Keyboard access and visible focus.
  • Semantic headings, landmarks and labels.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Captions or transcripts for meaningful video and audio.
  • Sufficient color contrast.
  • Forms with clear labels, instructions and error messages.
  • Responsive text and layouts that work with zoom.
  • Motion controls and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

This aim should not be interpreted as a claim of full conformance until the production website has completed an accessibility audit.

2. Tell Us About a Problem

If you cannot access information or use a feature, email hello@ritenrg.com and include, if possible:

  • The page or feature.
  • The problem encountered.
  • The browser, device or assistive technology used.
  • The format or alternative that would help.

We will review the request and try to provide the information or a reasonable alternative as soon as practicable.

3. Continuous Improvement

We review accessibility when the website or major features change. Third-party content can present additional limitations; we choose and configure it with accessibility in mind and provide an alternative route where practicable.
