This AI was rigorously trained to operate within the Fintech industry’s specific language and area, utilizing extensive industry instructions as context to ensure its relevance and accuracy for financial advisors. Rite NRG, leveraging its extensive experience in project and team delivery, collaborated closely with the client on the overall platform development, with a specific focus on designing and building the comprehensive AI Assist / AI Agent. This component became a crucial extension of their in-house capabilities. The key elements of the implemented solution include:
- Automated meeting management: We enabled the platform to generate accurate meeting transcriptions via audio-to-text technology and seamlessly integrate with the financial advisor’s calendar.
- Dynamic document generation with custom templates: The system automatically populates documents from conversation transcripts based on pre-defined, highly customizable templates. Advisors can define multiple discussion topics, assign specific templates to each topic, and link meetings to these topics for accurate document generation. Personalized reports can be generated in first or third person.
- Intelligent pre-meeting briefings: A „Meeting Briefing” feature was developed, providing advisors with concise summaries of past client interactions and including links to original notes to prevent AI „hallucinations.”
Technologies Used
We leveraged a robust technology stack including React for the frontend, Node.js, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB for the backend, all hosted within the AWS Cloud infrastructure. The core AI capabilities were powered by ChatGPT, and OpenAI Whisper was utilized for the crucial audio-to-text transcription functionality.
