From vision to Deloitte recognised product in 6 months
A fast-growing FinTech company partnered with Rite NRG to build an AI Assist / AI Agent that automates administrative work, improves compliance, and gives financial advisors deeper client insights. By embedding AI into daily workflows, the platform significantly increased productivity while maintaining accuracy, scalability, and regulatory confidence.
Introduction
Metapro, a repeat client of Rite NRG following the successful Coinswap project, envisioned a revolutionary Web3 gaming ecosystem. The core idea was to create a one platform that would empower both game developers (B2B) and gamers (B2C). For developers, Metapro aimed to provide tools to build games where in-game assets could be tokenised as NFTs. For gamers, it offered a new level of ownership, allowing them to possess these NFT assets, use them across various games within the ecosystem, or trade them on an open marketplace. This project aimed to leverage blockchain technology to redefine asset ownership and interoperability in the gaming world. Rite NRG was tasked with bringing this ambitious vision to life, acting as a strategic delivery partner and taking full ownership of the solution to meet a critical deadline for a major industry event.
The Challenge
Building a client multi-faceted Web3 ecosystem presented significant undertakings to meet an aggressive timeline for a major gaming event showcase. Key aspects of this complex build included:
- Designing and implementing a scalable decentralised storage: A core task was the conceptualization and construction of a private, decentralised storage architecture. This system needed to securely and efficiently manage game assets, ensuring their interoperability and drawing inspiration from solutions like Filecoin.
- Facilitating user adoption for Web3: A crucial element was lowering the entry barrier to Web3 gaming for new users. This was primarily addressed by developing a custom non-custodial mobile wallet (iOS and Android) focused on ease of use.
- Empowering game developers with robust tools: The project required providing game creators with comprehensive tools and knowledge for easy integration. This involved building a dedicated API and SDK for Unity, supported by thorough documentation.
- Integrating multi-disciplinary development efforts: The realisation of the entire ecosystem was highly complex, necessitating the seamless integration of expertise across blockchain development, web application development, infrastructure management, and mobile development to deliver a cohesive and functional platform under tight deadlines.
Rite NRG's Solution
The project was approached by deploying multi-disciplinary expertise within an agile framework, with the delivery partner taking full ownership to ensure the complex requirements were met on an aggressive schedule:
- Product strategic workshop: The project kicked off with intensive workshops involving key stakeholders from both Metapro and Rite NRG (Business Developers, Analysts, Solutions Architects, UX Researchers, Developers, Designers). This transformed Metapro’s vision into specific goals, a clear roadmap, system architecture, tech stack, team composition, QA scope, and an estimated budget, all strategically aligned to achieve the critical MVP delivery for the Poznań Game Arena.
- All-in-one partner: Rite NRG acted as Metapro’s strategic delivery partner, serving as the central hub for the entire project. A 9-person dedicated SCRUM team was assembled, combining Rite NRG’s in-house expertise in web development, blockchain, and infrastructure. For mobile development, Rite NRG seamlessly integrated and managed a trusted partner. A SCRUM Master ensured efficient agile processes were followed, solidifying Rite NRG’s role as the single point of accountability and comprehensive solution provider.
- Giving time back for strategic focus: With the product being built from the ground up, Rite NRG provided a dedicated Product Owner who deeply understood the client’s CTO’s vision. This Product Owner served as the direct link between the development team and the client, managing day-to-day product decisions and ensuring consistent alignment with the strategic goals. This crucial support freed the client’s key leadership (including the CTO) from intensive daily involvement with the team, allowing them to dedicate more time to the overarching business strategy and development.
- Custom non-custodial wallet as gateway: To facilitate user onboarding and serve as the primary entry point to the entire Metapro ecosystem, the partnered mobile team, under Rite NRG’s oversight, created a custom, non-custodial wallet (iOS/Android). This wallet was designed for ease of use and full user asset control, and it was a key component of the MVP, acting as the “door” for users into the world of Metapro.

Results
The Metapro project, under Rite NRG’s end-to-end management as a strategic delivery partner, achieved significant milestones, most notably the on-time delivery of a functional MVP for a key industry event:
- On-Time MVP Delivery: A core achievement was the delivery of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the ecosystem within the challenging 6-month timeframe. This MVP included key components such as the Marketplace, Private Decentralised Storage, and the Mobile Wallet (iOS & Android), along with the dedicated API and SDK for Unity game developers. This allowed Metapro to successfully showcase a functional platform at the Poznań Game Arena. The client’s team, alongside the dedicated team from Rite NRG, jointly presented the solution at their own booth, actively promoting it and conducting live demos for the first wave of users, underscoring the true partnership.
- Explosive Downloads on Day One: The launch at Poznań Game Arena was an immediate success, with the Metapro custom non-custodial mobile wallet achieving over 600 downloads on the first day of the event. This validated the user-centric design and demonstrated strong initial market interest.
• Growing Gamers Adoption: Two years after launch, the platform demonstrated significant traction with 20,000 active users and a vibrant ecosystem of 91 published games, with an additional 100 in progress. This growth indicates strong user and developer adoption, supported by clear API/SDK documentation. - Scalable Architecture: The platform was built with a highly scalable architecture capable of supporting up to 1,500 games and 2.6 billion players.
- Industry Recognition: In 2023, Deloitte recognised the Metapro solution, shortlisting Rite NRG for the Tech Fast 50 2023 Award, underscoring the project’s innovation and impact. Here is our solution in 11 slides.
