Onegrid is a fast-moving startup (founded in 2022) working at the intersection of blockchain technology, fan engagement, and creator monetisation. Their platform enables artists, musicians, and brands to reward audiences with on‑chain digital collectibles while delivering exclusive updates and personalised content – all within a frictionless Web3 experience.

Their vision: make Web3 actually usable and engaging for everyday fans.

But bold vision aside, Onegrid needed an MVP that didn’t just work – it had to look credible, perform reliably, and be ready to support serious investment conversations.

That’s when they turned to us.

The Challenge

Onegrid had already built a functional MVP, but:

It wasn’t investor-ready visually or technically
UX was clunky, onboarding unclear, and scalability limited

We jumped in to rebuild and future proof the platform starting with a deep audit of its architecture, UX, and smart contract integrations.

Technologies Used

The platform was rebuilt using React and Next.js on the front end, ensuring a fast, responsive, and modern user experience. On the back end, we used Node.js alongside a set of custom-built APIs to power the platform logic and core functionalities. For blockchain integration, we implemented Web3 libraries to handle wallet connections and smart contract interactions, working with Ethereum-based smart contracts (which were provided by the client, not developed by us). To support efficient development and delivery, we established CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, enabling fast and reliable deployments. Additionally, the system was equipped with product analytics and A/B testing tools to help the team make data-driven product decisions.

Results

The collaboration with OneGrid led to a complete product turnaround — transforming a raw concept into an investor-ready MVP that not only met the demands of modern blockchain infrastructure, but also delivered a seamless, intuitive experience for both Web2 and Web3 users.
