Starting situation
Onegrid works at the intersection of blockchain, fan engagement and creator monetization, letting artists, musicians and brands reward audiences with on-chain digital collectibles alongside exclusive updates and personalized content. Their existing MVP was not investor-ready visually or technically: the UX was clunky, onboarding unclear and scalability limited; performance was unreliable under load; core Web3 flows such as collectible drops and smart contract calls were fragile; and analytics and internal tooling were limited or non-existent.
What we advised
We started with a deep audit of the architecture, UX and smart contract integrations to separate what needed rebuilding from what needed stabilizing, so momentum was not lost to a full rewrite.
What we built or changed
We redesigned the UX and front end to be cleaner, faster and intuitive for non-Web3 users, stabilized and refactored the back-end architecture for reliability and performance, built robust on-chain flows for collectible issuance, drop validation and wallet connections, introduced admin and analytics dashboards for tracking engagement and campaign success, and optimized the platform for scalability and investor demo readiness.
