Concept to Pilot in 90 Days
An investor spotted a post-pandemic gap in Swedish mental health services and needed an MVP for therapists aged 50+ within a tight budget. RITE NRG delivered a market-ready product in three months, welcomed by a pilot group of more than 40 therapists.

Starting situation
Demand for therapy surged after COVID-19, but the supply side was struggling: experienced therapists, particularly those aged 50 and over, were overwhelmed and poorly served by outdated software. Patient no-shows created calendar gaps that could only be filled by manual phone calls, causing lost revenue. Therapists strongly prefer pen and paper notes to keep attention on the patient, then spent hours transcribing them, effectively doubling their workload. Traditional account creation was a friction point for the demographic, while sensitive medical data demanded high-grade identity confirmation. The investor needed to validate market fit within a strictly defined budget of tens of thousands of euros, and all medical data had to be stored on servers physically located in Sweden.
What we advised
We acted as strategic advisors on the roadmap. The initial feature list was estimated significantly over budget, so we ran three budgeting iterations, pricing every deliverable and assessing its business value, and advised the client on exactly which features were essential for the MVP. We also advised a Progressive Web App rather than immediate native mobile apps, cutting initial cost while keeping the option to convert to native later.
What we built or changed
We designed a streamlined web application tailored to the habits of therapists aged 50 and over, automating complex logic in the background so the interface stays clean and gathers notes, tasks and homework in one place. To bridge the analog-digital gap we built Scan & Save: therapists generate a unique QR code in the app, scan it with their phone and upload photos of handwritten notes straight to the client profile, eliminating manual transcription. BankID integration lets users authenticate with the digital ID they already use with banks and government services.
Architecture, data and integration
React as a Progressive Web App, .NET backend, Azure hosting with Swedish data residency, and BankID integration for authentication.
Engagement and commercial model
End-to-end technical partnership on a fixed budget, with scope shaped iteratively against business value.
The #riteway in action
We told the investor which features were not worth their money before writing code, and shipped the ones that were within the agreed budget.
Delivery timeline
Fully functional MVP delivered within a strict three-month timeline.
Handover and ongoing operation
The investor received a market-ready product to test against real user needs, with a React codebase that can be converted into native mobile applications when growth justifies it.
