Step 01

Getting to Know You

A 30-minute video call with our development path expert. We discuss your professional goals, what you are looking for, and essential information that aligns you with the Client’s culture and our values. We look for the right energy, ego-drive, and proactiveness.

Step 02

Technical Deep-Dive

If the initial fit is strong, we proceed to a technical evaluation. This can be a 60-minute in-depth technical interview or a practical task/coding challenge (using Coderbyte or Geektastic). The format depends on the specific project and client technology stack. We evaluate candidates from our internal bench and the external market.

Step 03

Culture Briefing

This dedicated 20-30 minute session. We leverage our knowledge to fully brief you on the team’s unique culture, mission, and technical landscape, ensuring a strong cultural fit is established even before the project fit assessment. We discuss key focus areas, tailor your effective self-presentation, and provide specific preparation tips, ensuring you walk into the final conversation ready to demonstrate a seamless technical and cultural alignment.

Step 04

Project Fit Assessment

A 60-minute video conference where you meet the technical individuals from the team you will be working with. This step ensures a perfect „click,” allowing both you and the client to assess how well you integrate with their existing structure and practices. We understand that building trust takes time.

Step 05

Offer

Following a successful discussions, we present the offer. Upon acceptance, we lead the comprehensive onboarding process, handling logistics, etc.

Our office is located in Wrocław at Ksawerego Liskiego 7. We usually work in project hours, with most people starting between 8:00 and 10:00. Team meetings (like the daily stand-up) are important and expected, but outside of that, you’ll have a lot of flexibility to plan your day in a way that works best for you.
