Senior Project Manager / PMO Manager

Blending the roles of an experienced Senior Manager and a Scrum Master, Katarzyna brings over a decade of IT expertise to the table. She doesn’t just manage projects; as the PMO Manager, she is the guardian of quality, establishing and upholding the high project management standards that define Rite NRG. She balances analytical precision with a strong human touch, taking full ownership from the first spark of an idea to final delivery.

Getting to know each other

We start with a 30-minute video call focused on alignment. We talk about your goals, expectations, and the type of projects you want to work on, while also sharing how we deliver and what we value. This step helps us understand mindset, energy, and proactiveness — not just experience.

Step 02

Technical deep-dive

If the initial fit is strong, we move into a technical evaluation. Depending on the project, this takes the form of a 60-minute in-depth technical interview or a practical coding task using tools such as Coderbyte or Geektastic. The format always reflects real project needs and the client’s technology stack.

Step 03

Culture briefing

Before any final matching, we run a dedicated 20–30 minute culture briefing. You’ll get a clear picture of the team’s culture, mission, technical environment, and ways of working. We highlight key focus areas, share practical preparation tips, and help you present yourself effectively — both technically and culturally.

Step 04

Project fit assessment

Next comes a 60-minute video conversation with the technical people you would work with day to day. This step is about mutual fit. Both sides assess collaboration style, expectations, and ways of working to ensure a genuine match and long-term trust.

Offer & onboarding

After successful alignment, we present the offer. Once accepted, we take care of the full onboarding process — from logistics to setup — so you can focus on joining the project smoothly and start delivering value from day one.
