This is why one of the things that we don’t do in Rite NRG is lip service. The next one is, well, magic. Then there are also others I’ll come back to in a moment.

Do you know the feeling when a software house doesn’t have enough needed people on board? The recruitment is ongoing, and the HR department is constantly explaining how hard the market is at the moment and how difficult it is to find a good software developer. Only, why would you care? Everybody has been ensuring you that they will solve your problems, and all you needed to bring to the table were these great ideas ready to be realized. The practice, unfortunately, looks completely different.
Do we guarantee that you will not experience this with us? Absolutely not. But we do guarantee that you will hear about it – from us. We know that every project is different, so everything depends on the needs and the situation. On our end, we keep an eye on things: projects start and end, while we continuously research the market with our reliable partners. This is why you can count on the promise that we will prepare a reliable staffing plan so that you know realistically who and when would be able to come on board.

In big organizations and corporations, does the management get involved in operational activities in a particular project? I don’t think so. They have people for this job – often much less experienced or, worse, only now learning by working on your project. We cannot afford it. Everyone, including the Executive Team, is involved in the project’s success. Everybody uses for this endeavor all their experience, in some cases gained over a dozen or several dozen years.
Cheap, good, and fast – these are the declarations you expect, although you know well that this trio will never live in harmony.
Will it be cheap? We offer you a market rate. We have excellent specialists, and we value their work. We know you wouldn’t want to hand over your project to the cheapest people on the market.
Will it be fast? As fast as possible. We will deal with the project implementation on the day we sign the contract. We have mastered the estimation, and the opinions on Clutch speak for themselves.
Will it be good? Yes. Just like that.
When looking for a technology partner, is it that you only look around in your area? Well, we will definitely want to meet soon, and let’s face it – closer doesn’t mean better. Not anymore. Locality should not be a conclusive “pro” argument. Our team is scattered all over the country, and guess what? It works really well! Isn’t it a pity to let go of excellent specialists just because they are located a bit further away?
Transparency is beating down the clients’ door. Sure every company is transparent, all these values listed on the companies’ websites speak for themselves, right? Well, but what does it all mean exactly? We don’t know.

In the life of every company, there comes a time when someone from the team leaves. If you hear: “There’s no rotation in our firm,” you can confidently conclude that someone is altering reality here. Attrition is something that will always be around. At our company too.
But… every day, we are fighting to prevent it and to create for our people a place where they simply want to be. We focus on the culture of feedback, and these are not just words. Here’s what we use for this:
eNPS – every quarter, we ask our employees: “On a scale from 0 to 10, what is the probability you’d recommend working in our company to your family and friends?” We are proud to say that our eNPS results reach 100 points and the lowest score we noted was 83. It speaks for itself.
Feedback 360 – every six months, we conduct a detailed evaluation process based on the formula: start / stop / continue. We want to give our employees space to express their opinion on their work and jointly determine the steps of professional development.
1-on-1 – every week, we meet to talk about the current topics. It is the time fully dedicated to the employee, where we openly discuss the person’s needs, doubts, and development path. It is they who decide what will be the topic of the conversation and what it is that they need from the leader.
Sitting in one place is not our strongest point… Regardless of whether we shall travel by air, water or through forests, we are more than eager to do so. We see a great value in face-to-face meetings and so it is often us who push to make it happen. Distance is not an issue; it is a part of our joint adventure. And coffee, well, we can drink it cold.
Do we know the answer to every question?Does technology have no secrets to us?Are all projects the same and we can’t be surprised by anything?
No. If it was so, we’d have been standing still for years.
Instead, we are growing all the time. We are constantly learning. But we will not be learning from your project. We will be learning together with you!
The time difference doesn’t have to be a problem if one has it well-planned and exercised. We know that we won’t be available throughout the full workday of other time zones, but also… joint calls don’t last the whole day. For the meetings and updates, we have worked out a time window comfortable for everyone. During other hours, when you sleep, we do the coding!
